Festive Seasonals Ending 31st January

Scottish Bramble Ale:4.2%abv - 9 Gallon Brewed with finest and freshest Scottish Brambles picked locally in the Forth Valley. A smooth and full bodied fruit beer with a rich fruity aroma and well rounded finish and rewarding tangy aftertaste.

Turkey Stuffing: 3.8%abv - 9 Gallon A light coloured, moreish ale brewed with the finest Maris Otter and Crystal malts. A hint of torrified wheat is added producing a satisfying and complex flavour. A fresh dry aftertaste is supported by a fairly hoppy character.

Sporran Warmer : 4.8%abv - 9 Gallon A Classic, dark and interesting ale from a traditional Scottish Strong Ale recipe. Delightfully refreshing with a complex hoppy and fruity aroma, with a hint of treacle flavour. Brewed to warm your tassels!

Resolution Blonde Ale: 4.1%abv - 9Gallon A sensational style of blonde beer, Clean sharp and fresh flavoured to the taste. Hopped with a fruity organic hop with a hint of citrus on the palette and very satisfying aftertaste.

Hand brewed with root ginger in the mash and infused with more root ginger in the cask to reinforce the explosion of ginger on the palate.
